District 3 Reorganization Meeting

Purpose of the Meeting
To choose district leadership and hear from our legislators on the current legislative session
to make one small but substantive change to our bylaws, regarding the timing of electing delegates to the state party convention
Participation Requirements
If you have never been a district member before, you must fill out and submit a membership form. Note: this is only a requirement for those who have never been a D3 GOP member previously.
You must have affiliated with the Republican party in the most recent general election, or you must indicate your intent to affiliate with the Republican party in the next general election.
You must reside within the boundaries of District 3 for at least 30 days before the meeting. Bring such ID and proof of address to the meeting in order to confirm your residency within our district.
In order to vote, you must also pay this year's district dues ($10) at least 7 days prior to the meeting (March 23, 2025). Deadline to submit dues is March 23, 2025.
If you do not get the dues paid in time to vote, but still want to come and participate in the meeting, you may do so by paying the dues and filling out the membership form by the time the meeting starts.
You must be present at the meeting to vote--no proxy votes or electronic votes are acceptable.
Formal nominations for officers and at-large district executive committee members will be accepted from the floor during the reorganization meeting.
The Annual District Dues ($10) can be paid using the following methods:
Through PayPal to @district3gop. Note: if you use this method, please include a note along the lines of "2025 district dues for [First name, Last name]"
Write a check written out to "District 3 Republicans" and mail it to our Treasurer, Mark Sandstrom, 6785 13th St SE, Minot, ND 58701. Include 2025 district dues in the memo. Note: we must receive the check no later than March 23 in order to be eligible to vote.
Give a check or cash to one of the current district officers. See above for check details and deadline for receipt of dues.
